Smart glasses in South Korea
7 models are confirmed on sale in South Korea, and Meta supports 2 more models there through its brand-level country list.
South Korea sells Meta's glasses through its mobile carriers. SK Telecom, KT and LG Uplus launched Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer models, with Korea Herald reporting prices of 690,000 and 740,000 won depending on the model. Meta AI works in Korean, and Meta's June 2026 update added full device operation in Korean. Oakley Meta is on Meta's Korean list too. In September 2026 Meta said Meta Glasses launched in Korea; local distributor Shinsegae I&C announced Capri, Nova, Fury and Adventurer frames at 480,000 to 860,000 won. Meta Ray-Ban Display is not sold here. Samsung's Galaxy XR headset is, as one of only three countries. Korean is also in Meta's live-translation list, so the glasses can translate Korean conversations with a connection. Carrier stores also run their own promotions.

Buying notes
- Carrier stores may bundle discounts or experience zones, so compare a carrier offer with Ray-Ban's own listing.
- Korean is one of Meta's 13 Meta AI languages and is also in the live-translation list (online).
- Meta's June 2026 release note listed South Korea for conversation focus, but the help article says US and Canada only. Treat it as unconfirmed.
