Can you return Meta glasses?
Yes. Ray-Ban's US store gives you 45 days to return items, except Meta Ray-Ban Display, which has a 14-day window from the date of shipping. Customized Remix orders can't be returned. Other stores set their own rules.
The window depends on the seller. Ray-Ban's figures apply to its own US store. Oakley says items bought on oakley.com can only be returned to Oakley stores, not to certified retailers. We have not verified the Meta Store's own return window on a page we could read, and opticians and electronics chains each have their own policies, so check the receipt before the clock runs down. Display's short window is the one people miss.
Prescription pairs are a special case. Ray-Ban's return page says prescription products can be returned to its stores, but a custom Remix order cannot be returned at all. If you are unsure about fit or lens power, confirm both before ordering a customized pair. Our prescription page lists each model's range.
Clear the glasses before they leave your hands. Import any photos and videos first, because a factory reset deletes all captures. Then unpair them in the Meta AI app, forget them in your phone's Bluetooth menu, and factory reset them. Meta says glasses pair with one Meta account at a time and must be reset before anyone else can pair them.
Pack everything that came in the box: the charging case, cables, and for Display the Meta Neural Band and its charger. Keep the original packaging until the window has closed. Reset and unpair the band too: Meta says a band factory reset means unpairing and re-pairing it in the Meta AI app and in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
