How to write messages with the Meta Neural Band

Neural handwriting lets you answer a message without speaking: you trace letters with your index finger on a table, your leg or any surface, and the Meta Neural Band turns the motion into text. It is handy where talking to your glasses would be awkward. Before you begin, Meta says to connect WhatsApp or Messenger in the Meta AI app and update both the glasses and the band. Meta says the feature is in English in the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany and Italy.
