XREAL One vs XREAL One Pro

XREAL One and One Pro were announced together in December 2024 and share most of their design: Sony micro-OLED panels at 1920x1080 per eye, the X1 chip for native 3DoF, Bose sound, a clip-in prescription frame and support for the XREAL Eye camera. The Pro's changes are optical. It swaps One's 0.68-inch panels for 0.55-inch panels with flat-prism optics, widening the view from 50 to 57 degrees and raising rated brightness from 600 to 700 nits. Weight barely changes, from 84 g to 87 g, but stock does: One Pro is the harder one to find.

Short answer

One is the better buy on price when it is discounted: it does the same jobs as One Pro with a narrower picture. One Pro is for people who want the wider view or who sit outside the middle of the IPD range and need its Size M or Size L frame. Before choosing either, look at XREAL 1S, which replaced One in XREAL's main lineup.

Choose XREAL One if

Choose One if you want XREAL's 3DoF screen anchoring and Bose audio for less: it was on sale at $399 in the US against a $499 regular price and is also listed on XREAL's EU store. Clear, Shade and Theater dimming modes are built in, and software IPD adjustment covers 59.5 to 70.5 mm.

Choose XREAL One Pro if

Choose One Pro for the wider 57-degree view and the choice of two frame sizes. It was $599 on sale, but XREAL's US store showed both sizes sold out in early October 2026, and the UK, EU and Japan stores don't list it, so finding stock is the main obstacle.

Questions people ask

Does XREAL Eye work with both?

Yes. XREAL's spec page lists the One and One Pro series for the XREAL Eye clip-in camera, which adds 6DoF anchoring and photo and video capture. It costs $99 in the US.

Why does the XREAL One weight differ between pages?

XREAL's US store lists 82 g and '5000 nits' for One, which conflicts with the tutorial spec page's 84 g and 600 nits. We use the spec page figures.
