VITURE Luma with prescription lenses

VITURE offers prescription lenses for VITURE Luma but has not published a range.[1]

The base Luma is VITURE's entry model, and on paper it has the widest built-in myopia range in the Luma line: up to -6.0D on its product page. That is more than the -4.0D listed on the Luma Pro and Ultra product pages, even though those models cost more. For a nearsighted buyer who just wants a private screen for video, that makes the base Luma a reasonable pick. The adjustment doesn't help with farsightedness, and VITURE doesn't say it corrects astigmatism. Luma has no battery and draws power over USB-C from the connected device. VITURE also lists an axis adjustment for fine-tuning focus, though it doesn't describe that as astigmatism correction. Because nothing is made to order, the correction comes under the glasses' free 30-day returns.

How to order

  1. Check your sphere is no stronger than -6.0D.
  2. Plug the glasses into a supported device and play a video.
  3. Adjust the myopia setting for each eye until the picture is sharp.
  4. Reset the setting before someone else tries the glasses, since each wearer needs their own adjustment.
