Quark AI Glasses S1
Quark AI Glasses S1 is a pair of AI glasses with a camera and an in-lens display from Alibaba. It starts at CN¥3,799 in China ('starting at' (press)). Alibaba sells or supports it in China. Quark AI Glasses S1 went on sale recently.
Quark AI Glasses S1 are Alibaba's display AI glasses, sold in mainland China. They pair dual green monochrome micro-OLED displays, rated up to 4,000 nits, with a camera that records 3K video and can upscale it to 4K, plus low-light enhancement. Inside is a Snapdragon AR1 with a low-power co-processor, and the assistant runs Alibaba's own Qwen model. The unusual hardware choice is power: the S1 uses hot-swappable batteries that plug into the stem, so you change a battery instead of waiting on a charge. Alibaba also sells a display-less Quark G1 for less. Outside China the S1 mostly signals where Alibaba is heading; it said at MWC 2026 it would launch Qwen-powered glasses with global ambitions. Both Quark models link to Alipay, Amap, Taobao and the travel service Fliggy, per eWeek.
Good fit
Buyers in mainland China who use Alibaba's services and want a bright text display with batteries they can swap.
Look elsewhere if
Skip it if you live outside China, where there is no official sale. The RayNeo X3 Pro is a display alternative sold in the US and Europe.
